About Us

AgriCore is an importer and distributor of raw materials for the food industry and the HoReCa sector. For more than 20 years, we have been active in international trade, building stable supply chains across Europe and Asia. We focus on raw materials with consistent specifications and reliable quality β€” from matcha powder and cocoa to other ingredients used in food and beverage production.

We work exclusively with trusted suppliers and manufacturers whose production processes are supported by the required standards and quality certifications. Every offer is based on product documentation (specifications, certificates, and batch documents β€” subject to availability) to make raw material implementation easier and to speed up the purchasing process.

We provide full B2B support: initial samples, pallet deliveries, and assistance in selecting the right raw material for specific applications (manufacturing, baking, ice cream, beverages). In your inquiry, please specify the intended application and expected volumes β€” we will prepare an offer tailored to your requirements.

Premium matcha for production – excellent quality, ideal for the food industry.

Matcha Powder

We offer matcha powder in three application formats: for production (culinary), for food service and pastry applications (premium), and for vending machines and coffee systems. Each variant is selected based on the recipe: color, flavor profile, and preparation consistency.

Tell us the intended application (baking, ice cream, creams, hot/iced beverages, or vending), and we will recommend the right variant together with the relevant batch documentation.

Pure Matcha – for Production (Culinary)

A variant designed for production applications where matcha is used as an ingredient in the recipe. It performs well in baked goods, creams, fillings, and ice cream β€” wherever stability in blends and a distinctive profile matter.

  • Profile: distinct, slightly bitter
  • Color: less intense green (typical of production-grade matcha)
  • Application: cookies, wafers, creams, fillings, ice cream/gelato

Pure Matcha – for Pastry and Latte Beverages (Premium)

A barista-friendly variant for latte beverages and premium desserts. It works well with milk, making it easier to maintain a consistent result across points of sale.

  • Profile: balanced, mild bitterness
  • Color: light green
  • Application: hot/iced matcha latte, desserts, premium ice cream

Matcha for Vending Machines and Coffee Systems (Vending)

A variant developed for automated systems, where consistency is essential: dosing, mixing, and stable flavor. A practical solution for vending, offices, hotels, and fast-service locations.

  • Profile: creamy, slightly bitter
  • Application: vending machines, coffee systems, dispensers
  • Benefit: consistent results and quick preparation

Cocoa

We offer cocoa powder for production applications and the HoReCa sector. We focus on consistent batch parameters, a stable sensory profile, and raw material sourced from European production. This makes implementation in recipes faster and the final product result more predictable.

Two main variants of alkalized cocoa are available: 10–12% fat and 20–22% fat β€” selected depending on the required flavor intensity, texture, and application. We also offer cocoa beans from Togo (fermented and dried) for further processing.

Alkalized Cocoa 10–12% Fat

A technically versatile variant for a wide range of processing applications. It performs well wherever stability in blends and a cost-efficient recipe are important, while still maintaining a distinct cocoa profile. Alkalization improves dispersibility and gives a rounder flavor.

  • Best for: baked goods, creams, confectionery mixes, cocoa beverages
  • Benefit: stable flavor and color in large-scale production
  • Application: bakeries, pastry producers, dessert manufacturers, HoReCa

Alkalized Cocoa 20–22% Fat

A higher-fat variant selected where a fuller flavor, improved texture, and a more chocolate-forward perception in the finished product are required. It performs especially well in ice cream, coatings, creams, and premium products.

  • Best for: ice cream/gelato, coatings, creams, ganache, fillings
  • Benefit: more intense profile and better smoothness in high-fat applications
  • Application: premium pastry producers, ice cream makers, chocolate dessert manufacturers

Cocoa Beans (Togo) – Fermented and Dried

We offer cocoa beans from Togo through our own import program. By organizing deliveries directly, we can maintain supply chain stability and control batch parameters to the level required for production implementation. This is a raw material for further processing (including cocoa mass, powder, and industrial applications).

  • Supply model: direct import (independent from cocoa powder supply)
  • Form: fermented and dried beans for further processing
  • Benefit: predictable supply and consistent raw material quality

Additives

In this section, we present functional ingredients for food production applications. Our current range includes food-grade cocoa fiber and psyllium husk 95% 60 mesh. Additional products will be added after confirmation of technical parameters and documentation.

Cocoa Fiber – food-grade

Cocoa fiber is a free-flowing, homogeneous ingredient with a brown colour and typical cocoa aroma, with a slightly acidic taste profile. According to the specification, the fiber content is 55–70% (including approx. 57% insoluble fiber and approx. 13% soluble fiber), with low fat content (max. 7.5% in dry matter) and moisture up to 8%.

  • Application: food industry ingredient for production recipes.
  • Nutritional values (100 g): 317 kcal, fiber 70 g, protein 17 g, carbohydrates 6.6 g (sugars 1.3 g), fat 4.4 g.
  • Status: non-GMO, suitable for vegan and vegetarian diets.
  • Safety: Salmonella absent in 25 g, E. coli absent, microbiological limits according to specification.
  • Origin / production: produced in the EU; raw material origin: Ivory Coast, Ghana.
  • Packaging: 25 kg bags; typically 40 bags per pallet, stretch-wrapped.

Storage: store in dry, clean and ventilated areas, protected from light, in original packaging.

Psyllium Husk 95% 60 Mesh

Psyllium husk is a natural plant-based fiber obtained from the husks of Plantago ovata seeds. It is valued for its high water-binding capacity and gel-forming properties, making it suitable for functional, gluten-free and high-fiber food applications.

  • Application: gluten-free bread and bakery products, flour blends, keto and low-carb products, functional bars, fiber supplements.
  • Technological functions: water binding, gel formation, improved dough structure, reduced crumbling and improved moisture retention.
  • Product parameters: 95% grade, powder form, 60 mesh.
  • Origin: plant-based ingredient obtained from psyllium seed husks.
  • Clean label: natural ingredient supporting structure, texture and functional value in food formulations.

The product is particularly useful in gluten-free formulations, where it helps improve dough elasticity, reduce breakage and maintain proper moisture in the finished product.

We handle both pallet quantities and full truckload deliveries. Minimum quantities and packaging formats depend on the product (bags / cartons / big bags) and batch availability. In your inquiry, please specify the product, application, and planned quantity (kg / units / pallets) and we will confirm the delivery terms.

6. Do you ship goods internationally?

Yes. We handle both domestic and international deliveries. Delivery terms, lead time, and documentation are adjusted to the destination country and the customer's B2B requirements. In your inquiry, please specify the delivery location and preferred timing.

7. What is the fastest way to get an offer?
